Biological activities

SCH772984 is an extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (ERK1/2) inhibitor. SCH772984 inhibits the proliferation of single-cell suspensions generating from BRAFV600E/TP53Null- or BRAFV600E/PIK3CAH1047R/TP53Null-induced lung cancers with IC50s ranging from 7.8 nM to 5 mM.[1]
