Fluorescent Dyes

Fluorescent dyes

Fluorescent dyes are commonly used for fluorescent labeling of DNA and RNA oligonucleotides in applications including qPCR, sequencing, fluorescence in situ hybridization, Förster resonance energy transfer, and labeling for microarray hybridization. Cyanine dyes belong to the fluorescent dyes. Which are highly fluorescent molecules that can be modified to cover a wide spectral range, allowing for multiplexing in high-throughput applications.

Karebay offers a variety of fluorescent dyes with high purity. Such as cyanine dyes (Cy3 fluorescent dyes, Cy5 fluorescent dyes, Cy5.5 fluorescent dyes. Cy7.5 fluorescent dyes), NHS Ester (Cy3 NHS Ester, Cy5 NHS Ester,Cy5.5 NHS Ester,Cy7.5 NHS Ester). Among them, NHS ester is a reactive dye for the labeling of amino-groups in peptides, proteins, and oligonucleotides.

Small quantities of fluorescent dyes are in stock(<20 mg), and vast quantities must be ordered, any question, please contact us.
