Biological activities

CS2100 is a potent, orally active and S1P3-sparing S1P1 inhibitor. The EC50 of CS2100 for human S1P1 is 4.0 nM, that is >5000-fold greater than S1P3 (EC50; >20000 nM).[1] In the experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) model, CS2100 decreases in the cumulative EAE scores for 0.3 and 1 mg/kg in mice. Furthermore, In vivo, CS2100 shows a strong suppressive effect on adjuvant-induced arthritis in rats.[2]

Protocols

In vivo: CS2100 is dissolved in dimethyl acetamide/25% (w/v) solution/distilled water (1/8/1, v/v/v).[2]
