Biological activities

GRI977143 is a specific agonist of the LPA2 receptor. The EC50 of GRI977143 against LPA2 receptor is 3.3 μM.[1] In vitro, GRI977143 inhibits bystander apoptosis elicited by soluble proapoptotic mediators produced by irradiated cells. In vivo, GRI977143 reduces mortality of mice exposed to lethal levels of γ-irradiation.[2]
