Biological activities

INCB024360 is a potent and selective IDO1 inhibitor that regulates various immune cells and therapeutic potential as an anticancer agent. INCB024360 inhibits human and mouse IDO1 with IC50s of 10 and 52.4 nM, respectively. Meanwhile, INCB024360 shows little inhibition of TDO or IDO2 activity at 10 or 5 μM, respectively. In vitro, INCB024360 inhibits natural killer (NK)-cell growth and increases IFN-γ production. In vivo, in tumor-bearing mice, INCB024360 significantly inhibits tumor growth in a lymphocyte-dependent manner.[1]
