Biological activities

KY02111 is a Wnt signaling inhibitor. KY02111 promotes differentiation by inhibiting Wnt signaling in human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs). Treatment with KY02111 reduces luciferase activities in both cell lines (IMR90-1 cells and HEK293 cells) in a dose-dependent manner.[1] KY02111 suppresses Wnt signaling downstream GSK3β in the canonical Wnt signaling pathway.[2]
