Biological activities

LY2090314 is a potent and ATP-competitive glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK-3) inhibitor. The IC50s of LY2090314 against GSK-3α and GSK-3β are 1.5 and 0.9 nM, respectively. After intravenous infusion of LY2090314 to rats and dogs in vivo, LY2090314 exhibits high clearance (approximating hepatic blood flow) and a moderate volume of distribution resulting in rapid elimination with half-life of 0.4, and 0.7 hours in rats and dogs, respectively.[1]
