Biological activities

NSC66811 is a murine double minute 2 (MDM2) antagonist.[1] NSC66811 binds to MDM2 with a Ki of 120 nM. NSC66811 activates p53 in the LNCaP prostate cancer cell line with wild-type p53 in a dose-dependent manner.[2] NSC66811 dose-dependently induces cellular accumulation of p53, MDM2, and p21 in HCT-116 human colon cancer cell line with wild-type p53.[1]
