Biological activities

Stavudine is a nucleoside analog reverse transcriptase inhibitor.[1]Stavudine is a new anti-human immunodeficiency virus (anti-HIV) agent. Stavudine inhibits HTLV-IIIB with an IC50 of 23 nM.[2]The IC90 of stavudine is 9.6 µM.Stavudine generates drug cytotoxicity against HeLaT4 cells with a CC50 of 334.8 µM. [3]
