Biological activities

ZCL278 is a selective CDC42 small molecule modulator. ZCL278 inhibits CDC42-mediated cellular process, providing a powerful tool for research of CDC42 subclass of Rho GTPases in human pathogenesis.[1] Additionally, ZCL278 inhibits CDC42-mediated microspike formation, and disrupts GM130-docked Golgi structures. ZCL278 also suppresses CDC42-mediated neuronal branching as well as cell motility and migration without disrupting cell viability.[2]

Protocols

In vitro, ZCL278 is dissolved in DMSO.[1]
